The Scientific Method

Her Highness’ Department of Happiness has rolled out an exciting new enterprise: train the inhabitants of the realm in The Scientific Method, which they will then apply to their own day-to-day lives. They’re gonna start em young in the schools, thus young Rusty and Rex have been tasked with performing some experiments at home over spring break.
