Romeo
The Oceantown Shakespeare Company is struggling to keep their doors open after draconian cuts to funding for the arts. They have decided to make a new play based on Shakespeare, dubbed “Romeo”: Court astronomers on Planet Romeo, upon observing the turmoil on Planet Earth caused by blind ambition, the desire for revenge by certain world leaders, plus the pandemic spread of misinformation, illusion and ignorance; has sent a spaceship filled with Romeos to captivate and enrapture the population and thus spread goodwill.
